Using MySalesX

These Terms govern your use of MySalesX. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use MySalesX only in accordance with applicable law.

Your account and organization

You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that people you invite to your organization are authorized to access its data. Organization administrators are responsible for managing team access and connected data sources.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you provide or connect to MySalesX. You grant MySalesX permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to connect and use any data source with MySalesX.

Connected services

When you connect a third-party service, such as Google Analytics, you authorize MySalesX to access the data permitted by that connection. You can remove a connected workspace from MySalesX at any time. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. Fees, billing intervals, trials, cancellation options, and refunds are presented at checkout or in your Billing page. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse MySalesX, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use it to violate rights or law, or use the service to process data you are not authorized to access.

Availability and changes

We work to keep MySalesX available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service.

Disclaimers and liability

MySalesX provides analytical assistance and does not replace professional, legal, financial, medical, or business advice. Verify important outputs before acting on them. To the extent permitted by law, MySalesX is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to a claim.

Termination

You may stop using MySalesX at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continuing to use MySalesX after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
